I liked the location, the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed and the amenities in the room and enjoyed the roof top area daily. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was nice to have the Amici restaurant at the property too. Which had great food and lovely staff.

Nothing. They take your money (more than what you thought you’d be paying for the room) then say that they didn’t. And don’t reply to emails.

You can't beat the location. It is within walking distance of restaurants, hospital, design center. The Troubadour is right across the street! The courtyard and the roof top terrace are amazing.

The bed was probably the most comfortable I have had at any hotel anywhere is the world. The front desk staff were friendly, but not always there as there are not many staff. The water pressure in the shower was great. The rooms are compact - as long as you are expecting that then you won’t be disappointed. The parking dude is very friendly. The rooftop views are great. Walking distance to Rodeo Drive and a good location for jogging around Beverly Hills and Santa Monica Boulevard. Great location if you are going to a concert at The Troubadour.

The bad reviews are a little too ridiculous. The location is just perfect. The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. It’s an old building and it has charm. It’s not brand new and that is what’s to be expected.

I love staying here whenever I’m in town to visit WEHO. This place is in such a convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shopping and night life. Safe location with the front doors locked by 9 pm. You have to use a code to get in which is nice. Friendly staff. Shoutout to Gwen! She was very sweet and engaging!
